Enablement points measure the effort and resources required for each request. Each plan includes a specific number of points, which helps our team assess and manage your requirements effectively. As an agile enablement business, our main goal is to provide prompt and on-demand support to your business. The points system ensures that we have a limit in place, allowing us to deliver a high level of service to all our subscribers simultaneously. Don’t worry, our caps are more than sufficient for most businesses, offering unparalleled return on investment and value. If you run out, we can upgrade you to the next level or simply work with you to provide you an add-on for the month.

Raising a request is simple. Use our digital client portal or send us an email using our request template. These can be raised pretty quickly. We’ll guide you through the process to ensure your needs are promptly addressed.

Once we receive the request we will triage it and confirm the scope, at this point in time enablement points will be estimated for the work required. An approval loop is initiated confirming what our delivery to you will be and the points it will use from your plan.


Requests should align with the enablement credits available in your plan. We aim to accommodate a wide range of needs, from quick advice to more substantial tasks. When a request is raised it needs to have a clear and defined outcome and be achievable. Longer tasks taking more than a few days effort can be considered but are typically treated as individual work packages and have more enablement points allocated.

Once a task is received we review and provide estimation on the complexity of the need. Because we service numerous clients and businesses it is impossible to develop a specific list containing a scale.

You have complete control over your membership. To pause or cancel the next month, simply contact us through the client portal or via email. We ensure a hassle-free process, with no penalties or questions asked. We require minimum 5 business days, in order to complete any outstanding requests for the month.

Yes, each new membership begins with a comprehensive onboarding process to align our services and team with your business needs. Our onboarding sessions are free of change and can take a few sessions. The onboarding process typically takes around a week, depending on the complexity of your business. This period allows us to fully understand your business, set up necessary tools, and ensure we are both ready to maximise the benefits of our services.

Yes, for each client we establish a services agreement which encapsulates commercial agreements and covers our work, inclusive of non-disclosure, warranties, insurances and alignment to the Australian legislation and laws.

Absolutely. You will receive a formal invoice for every transaction. This ensures transparency and ease of record-keeping for both parties, facilitating smooth integration with your procurement or accounting systems.

We’re equipped to work within your secure environments and do so on a day to day basis. We allow for that on our higher plans. Our team can collaborate with your technical and security points of contact to ensure secure, compliant access to your network, prioritising confidentiality and data integrity.

We can facilitate this, and do sometimes think it is important to work in a face to face manner.

That is ok, and happens a lot with some of our clients. We can work with a request template and email, or for the higher plans we can work together to get access to your environment so that we can setup a digital tracking on your preferred task tracking application.

For organisations that classify information inline with the Australian Government security frameworks, we work with all information up to OFFICIAL: Sensitive. Working with information above PROTECTED is outside of our base membership plans, however we can certainly support your needs and have multiple cleared team members. Please reach out.
